I already assisted in game and was told to BUG report as well as post about this here. I just checked my list of custom titles and noticed they were all gone. The latest I can find in my logs of me checking my titles was 11/4, after I had just redeemed a new snake pit title.

The following titles of the Custom category are available to you:

Zukir's Assistant, Snake Food, Pit Viper, Venomous

The first title was from the most recent Return to Ulf'Hara quest in July. The other three are from Bobbin' for Bolts at the ongoing fest.
Just wanted to bring this to GM attention before someone loses a truly custom title and is upset.

I still don't have an update on this. Hence my quiet.

Still looking for help in sorting out what happened.
