Don't know which script it is, but I hope it changes. It's annoying.

Some months back, I shot a guy who was AFK-mining because he wandered into my room with a niniam vein I was mining. The FIRST thing he did was prospect careful and then started mining. After telling him to stop a few times while he was speedily pulling up a few nuggets without prospect danger, pulling up about 20 volume, I blew his leg off to make him fall over, told him to mine elsewhere, and to not prospect careful first. About 20 minutes later he grumbles and walked off somewhere to heal, he was an Empath, he lived.

This deserves a medal. A medal nugget, even. Or...well yea.

I tend to mine in less populated areas, in no small part because of this script. My occasional trip into Zoluren or Therengian mines reminds me why I stay away.

Once prospect careful has been used on a vein it can not be used again. Without rehashing a debate that has been had many times, most people find it more efficient to wait till the end of a vein to use it.

Using prospect careful when you are just prospecting a room to check what's in there tends to screw other people over.

The thing that really bites my craw about it, besides the ones mentioned above, is that it's not even the most efficient use of time if you're going to mindlessly script mine.
