Doesn't do squat. It flares, but I didn't reduce the poison caused by Venom, didn't reduce the wound damage caused by it either. 20 mana Venom with PFE, 20 mana without PFE. Exactly the same results. Shouldn't PFE make me essentially immune to Necromantic spells?
This could be a problem with Venom. According to the person I was talking to and was casting on me, the spell ALWAYS does the exact same amount of poison damage at a given mana level.
Quoted from Skralthaen:
1) PFE will protect extremely well versus all Necromancy, regardless if the caster is considered "Undead", "Cursed", or "Evil", or not.

And didn't I read somewhere where every live Venom scroll in existence as of whenever o'clock had been purposely placed and was being watched? I doubt they'd drop one in front of someone who can't technically use it. Not really too many ways to bug up "IF Holycheck=1 THEN EXEC Smegul_has_no_arms_now".
