Starting now, a cost structure has been re-introduced to forgetting spells at the spell library in Prime.

Somewhat like before, if you go six months without using the service your first spell off is free. Premium PCs get a 20% discount off the price.

This is live in Prime only at the moment, and will go into Plat and Fallen in a few days barring explosions.
