The Preqs for the AP spells are now as follows (As of 3.1 that is):

Ease Burden/Strange Arrow - Intro spells, no preqs.
Lay Ward/Manifest Force/Seal Cambrinth/Burden - Basic spells, req either EB or STRA.
Dispel/Imbue - Advanced spells, req any two AP spells.
