I've noticed when casting Divine Radiance offensively at a target, there isn't the 1 second roundtime at the time of casting that all targeted spells are supposed to have. Is this because of the self-cast form, or because it doesn't (usually) cause damage or something?

Perhaps it is because of the nature of Divine Radiance. I hadn't noticed before because generally I don't notice one second of roundtime- unless I'm trying to run away from a swarm.

Skralthaen already said he's looking into that but it's because it's not really a true targeted spell if I understood him correctly.

It's a bug which will be fixed when Divine Radiance is next updated. We're waiting on some core TM updates before the final version can be put in-game.
