What happens when spells that haven't been released by the end of the global preview get released? Will they have their own preview? Ranger spells that come to mind are Eagle Vision, Mesmerize and Awaken Forest.

Eagle Vision was a planned spell way back in the day, and was dropped in favor of See The Wind. I'm surprised it's still on the list.
Mesmerize won't be coming back.
Awaken Forest, of course, wasn't released before the Preview.
It's my understanding that all spells that are to be rereleased, that is spells that were out before Magic 2.1 and have yet to return, will be given their own minipreview. I'm expecting spells that weren't out before the Preview, new spells, to be released the same way spells were before 2.1.
