As quoted from my handy-dandy spellbook:

*~ Notes on the Senses of the Tiger spell ~*
Senses of the Tiger invokes the essence of its namesake, calling upon that great cat's ferally efficient hunting tactics. When under the effects of this spell, you will have improved reactions and a better ability to stalk... the very qualities of an untamed tiger."

To me, "a better ability to stalk" implies skill boost rather than stat boost, but I'm not one to dissect these things too deeply.

while this might be true (and it does give a direct stalking bonus), the increase to reflex cannot be ignored. Better overall defenses, and increased load time on with a bow, to name 2.

plus look at the wording when you cast spell.. your reflexes twitch (ache?) with newfound power.. or some such messaging.

Isn't it agility that decreases load time? If so, then I don't think SOTT would help to decrease load time. CS I could see.

Its been open to debate exactly what decreases the load time; but pretty sure its reflex. Regardless, SOTT does decrease it. With 26/27 agil/reflex, I get a 2 second load about 80-90%.. with SOTT.. 100%.

Have to agree with the SOTT and dropping bow time. I sometimes load 3, sometimes 4 regularly. with SOTT its always 3.
