Anyone able to prep this yet? I don't seem to be able to.

You know, for a spell that requires one be of 40th circle and completion of a quest, it's very limited. You can't watch people if they're inside, you can't see them hide, it's distance is now based on mana, and people know when you're watching them. Mabey this spell could become a little more appealing by either letting us watch people inside, or better yet, removing the "face in the sky" message completely. Mabey give people an odd feeling instead, or nothing at all. This could be a powerful tool indeed. Let's make it so the spell reflects its 40th circle/quest req.

I got that too, and mine stayed as well...but I figured it was because I also had Shift Moonbeam. Do you have Shift Moonbeam?
