Unless I'm just really losing it, shouldn't CRS be a targetable spell, and wasn't it at some point up until last week? I know Talian posted about making some tweaks to it on the moon mage boards, but I didn't see anything about taking away it's targetability (although i could've missed it), anyway, I was in gargs today and tried to target it and was told you didn't need to.
