Ok here's the deal... ranger got horse, gave to trader, bought it from the trader... don't ever recall learning horemanship from a stabble master but when I ask a stabble master about horses they say I already know...

Was taught bareback I beleive by the ranger, but now having trouble learning Grab from a bard....

I meet the circle requirement I believe... are there other requirements?

Am I doing something wrong... or did I do something wrong thus making me buggy to be able to learn it?
