It came to my attention while i was hunting on horseback that, for elemental magic at least, our spells backfire MUCH more easily while on horseback. a prep ip at 6 with 10 harness normally takes about 4 secs to cast, yet on horseback it backfires by a large amount, and instead takes a good 7 or so seconds to cast. it seems that YS, SW, SUF, and perhaps tingle are also affected like this. if theres anyone who can check this out would be good. the backfiring is getting very annoying.

Magic is much more difficult to use from horseback (hell even with a horse in the same room). This is because as mentioned it A) requires much more concentration to ride a horse and prepare a spell, and B) Horses have their own MR, which affects one's magic.
It's intended to be that way. Shoo, move along, no bug to see here...
