I bugged this in game but thought I'd post here for everyone.

I was at the Javelin toss Kaith Kirm finals with about 20-30 other people. There were also 3-5 other horses in the room, along with my own horse.

I started having ISP problems and I froze up and was booted once. I came back and my horse was still there so it seemed to have been a momentary disconnect.

This happened a second time. I changed access numbers and the problem cleared up.

I noticed that my horse needed some food. So rather than scroll everyone with foraging I type Lead Horse and planned on moving one south to get some grass.

Imagine my shock when I led Seihjin's horse instead of my own. Well I went back and when I attempted to Lead horse to remove the leading of Seihjin's horse, I could not do this and was told "You are already leading a horse in this room."

So I grabbed Seihjin, went one south, and told him what was going on. I tried to Lead horse with only us in the room, and it would not allow me to do this - recognizing that I did not own Seihjin's horse.

Well as a workaround I ran from it really fast so I left it behind. Seihjin came along after and was able to start leading his horse. I was able to lead my horse normally after this...though it did upset her a great deal, putting her to the point where she trembled and wickered nervously the rest of the evening.

Anyways off hand I can think of three things that might have caused this.

1) Perhaps the huge number of people and multiple horses. Probably not this since there were alot of folks during the first week we got horses, and definately alot of horses.

2) Some weirdness with horses and the Kaith Kirm Javelin toss items. Again probably not likely.

3) My disconnects. When I disconnected my horse should have wandered off. I wasn't gone long enough for this to happen, but perhaps I was gone long enough for this process to start in some way. Anyways that is my uneducated guess.

So be careful in this situation Horseowners.

I have seen this before, look horse, look second horse are your freinds as well. lead horse, lead second horse are good too, where "my" doesn't really work.

I like the idea of naming our horses. Although it would be a problem if more than 1 person wanted to name their horse the same name. :-)
