I allready posted this in general horse discusion, I will go and delete it from there as I realise it was in the wrong place.
plenty of great sugestion have been made in this folder, Vales long post most excellent.

Now to my post

Welcome GM Caiswen to the horses. I believe it has become your folio.

IMO you are lucky as horses is an area with so much scope for developement and plently of fun to be had, please enjoy.

Speaking of making horse fun for all, I do have a suggestion that some will like and others wont.

Stop this guild only thing with horses (or seriously reduce it), with the introduction of animal lore for all, I hope everyone can do anything on a horse.
Some guilds will be better than others of course. Replace the cant do with some actions having roundtime and possible critical event (failure).

To give an example the paladin dismount in combat skill, open to all, but combat guilds might not suffer r/t or any chance of critial failure, when a less combat guild would get longer r/t and/or the chance of slipping and stunning.
Bond with horse for all, some guilds bonds are easier but in esscense every guild can do anything if they are passionate enough about their horse, it just takes the horse longer to connect with them.

Yes that is broad I dont want to go into the can and can nots right now plently of post on the finer points have been made. Just wanted to give my opinion of the direction I would like to see horses head into.

And dont forget Saddlebags, groups and double up.

Ta
Paladin Wodie.

Ps joust tourney in Theren this weekend, come alone one and all, even if you dont want to enter comp come for a joust., I will try to be there maybe we can put on some exibition joust.

Saddlebags is a great idea, i would love for her to be able to help me with some small burden. How about two person riding? M'lady would love to ride with me and i am sure my horse is big enough.

~Tonet, yours in life and death, for need or want.
