Can my horse go on the Shard Gondola and if not is there any way to get my horse from Crossing to Shard?
I'm far too little to try the undergondola route.

Yes. Dismount on the platform. Lead horse. GO gondola when it arrives.. and the horse will follow. Same with going out when you arrive. Then Lead horse to stop leading and mount and ride as usual.
