That's the nice thing about envelopes. They only count as 1 item but can hold up to ~100 pieces of origami paper.(If I'm remembering right. Was foggy on that detail)

Wrong. Meriel pulled a half dozen of us up about 2.5 weeks ago now to test out envelopes, saying they'd be out in a week or just over. I suspect the delay is from us requesting that they be belt worn since you couldn't pull a peice of paper out without actually holding the envelope, and she said for mech reasons it couldn't be made to work (Pulling a peice from an envelope in say your greatcloak) but agreeded to look into worn. But she said specifically we would not be waiting for HWN quite awhile back...
