Alright, so it apparently is just a coding nightmare to allow people to put things in their beards...because beards change over time..and you lose them when you depart.

So, it seems what we need is something that allows the adding onto the style and generally flair of ones beard without being an actual object and with knowledge that it would be lost.

Face Paint. Face paint goes away when you depart. Face paint is a reasonably priced addition to ones description that may be lost in the event of a death.

So...there should be a shop or something,...probably in Fornsted, or Kwarlog when it comes out.

ask dwarf about styles
a beard braided in thousands of tiny braids
a long forked beard
a sharply pointed beard
some long sideburns edging along the side of his/her face.
a beard braided into the shape of a heart

ask dwarf about other
a war-braided beard tied off at the ends with leather strings
a many-braided beard with small silver beads at the ends
a long beard tied off with a silver hammer bead
a beard with sections twined in thin platinum strands.
a beard with small jewels hooked among its full strands

You get the idea..

So..

1) Do you guys like this idea?

2) GM's..is it possible?

And I might actually quit bickering with Drotis Kertigen and truly try to be happy with me lot in life if one of the styles involved:
