To make this guild a little less generic, and less superheroey, how about we rename it to the Shapeshifter Guild. All, or at most of the powers emulate animals, so when using them, the caster takes on aspects of the animal its emulating.
So instead of walking on water, you get a fish gills.
Claws could be mole's claws, or bears claws, etc.
Instead of a danger sense, maybe growing(or using an existing tail) to grant an bonus to evasion.
Poison would be snake venom.
Instead of glue, spider silk.
Electric palm would be emulating an electric eel.
I still would keep some other elements.
Far punch, I'd like to remain as is.
Teleporting during battle as well, and if not that, kangaroo leap.
Something else I'd like to add. Don't know how feasible this is.
Twin Technique - You create multiple copies of youself, flanking enemies and putting them at a disadvantage.
Bat Ears - You can 'see' in the dark, using sonar.
Gecko Hands - Bonus to climb.
As for claws, I particularly like Mole Claws. Not only used in battle, but maybe we can use this with another ability. Digging.

You claw away at the soft earth, revealing a hole descending into the darkness.

You enter the fresh made hole.
This would come into a network of caverns leading all over elanthia. Of maybe something less ambitious. But I think I've made my point.
