ReplyDid something break with collect 'recently'? Seems even with my lower characters I can't train perception very well with collecting lately.
At just 100 above ranks of perception and in roughly 30 minutes I got to about 10/34, collecting rocks. Seems like every 3 or 4 collects actually teaches.

Genie's ExpEcho plugin confirms that I'm getting experience in both Outdoorsmanship and Perception every time I successfully collect something. (Granted, the perception experience really starts to taper off at high ranks.)
