How do you turn in your items when you're completing a foraging task?

You look in your task journal and see the following entry:
The firewood peddler Mags in The Crossing wants you to retrieve 7 seolarn weeds (You need to turn in 7 more).

You get some seolarn weed from inside your traveler's backpack.

Mags sighs and says, "Aye-yah! Tha' isnae somethin' I take. P'rhaps a stick, or a branch -- or a sack full of both! Aye-yah, return when ye hae one of those!"

Well, as of Sunday night (last time I was able to log in) I still wasn't able to give seolarn weed to Mags.

Just checked again and I still can't give my seolarn weed to Mags.
My in-game time is quite limited these days but I ordinarily pop in very briefly somewhere between 10P-1A EDT. Tomorrow however I will be home in the early evening so Obseden, if you need me to be in game to see the bug let me know.
