The minstrel asked me to find a veil on Gildleaf Circle. I searched all over, but no veil. And when I typed "task", I saw this:
You look in your task journal and see the following entry:
a wandering minstrel wants you to recover a gauze veil near .
Also, Salvur (Crossing empath guildleader) won't give tasks. Aren't all guildleaders supposed to?
The task system has been broken and ignored since release.
9/10 times I use it I get a task to go to somewhere 10+ minutes away.
Half of THOSE times it wants me to go to Moosparry or Ratha from crossings.
The other half of the time it wants me to find the ONE NPC in crossings who wanders without a set pattern and can't be found unless I know where he is (beggar).
It would be great if they took out the 'different towns' delivery tasks and removed the 'find wanderer' tasks since both pay the same as cross town delivery. Especially with the timer on asking for tasks once complete or cancelled.
Adding nothing to the conversation since 1834.
