I am coming within sight of capping combats, and I have been considering dumping all my physical stats and spending all of my TDPs on Intelligence and Wisdom to maximize learning for non combat skills.
There was a post by Armifer that told the effect Intelligence and Wisdom have at various points on experience absorption. But he said "at key breakpoints", which makes me think there's not a continuous benefit to Intelligence and Wisdom on learning, rather, there are breakpoints that once you pass boost the learning.
My question is, am I correct, and if so, do those breakpoints continue past 120?
The post in question is here:

Based on the data I compiled from Armifer's post way back when...
You only gain a 5% efficacy going from 90 Int/Wis (125%) to 120 Int/Wis (130%). That's a lot of TDPs for minimal gain but it's up to you.

Thanks, but I referenced that post in my OP. I was more information on:
1. Any benefit beyond 120
2. If the benefit is continuous or discrete, and if it's discrete, if the breakpoints are every 30 or more frequent.

From what I recall from Armifer's posts he never mentioned whether they were continuous or discrete, but the math suggests the benefit actually increases per point after 100.
10-30 is a 12% gain, 30-60 is a 9% gain, 60-90 is a 4% gain, 90-120 is a 5% gain.
Which I guess raises the question: is that a typographical error? Logically progressing it should be 127% efficiency at 90 Int/Wis (i.e. gain of 6%) and therefore a 3% gain at 120 which would be much cleaner math (and indicate that by 150 you're gaining virtually nothing). But it very well could turn out that every stat point is more valuable after 100.

In theory the benefit should be continuous. Although due to rounding, you'll get inconsistent pulses. Actual example:
So you'd have to average many pulses to get a good idea of what your actual pulse size is. (The above is a moon mage in TF with 100 discipline, 100 intelligence, and 138 wisdom.)
I bumped Copernicus from 100 to 138 wisdom and the benefit was... underwhelming. I can't seem to find the logs from that though, sorry.
