Skral is busy. Skral runs this merchant. If you wait long enough it's quite possible to see him again. Let's give Skral time to do the rest of his projects(IE Cleric spells,raise,death mechanics, spirit combat)and to have a real life. Then I'm sure he'll get back around to spellbooks.
