I do not seem to be having any problems.

I never passed my spellbook off to anyone else until just now; however, I did find that the non-Empath was unable to see the last chapter, unless the spellbook was turned to that chapter before being given away.

I have a ranger spellbook, and the chapters/spells are in different order and have 1 less chapter when my empath reads it than when my ranger reads it.
