Skralthaen owns the spellbook merchant. Skral is also the cleric guild guru and is currently working as fast as he can towards getting Raise and events surrounding raise, finalized. Not to mention cleric reqs, new cleric skill theosophy etc.... so I dunno, don't hold your breath for the spellbook merchant.
