I see the sign-up time for Simucon III is here, and thought I might mention to anyone who is planning to go, or thinking of going, that I intend to be there!
I had a great time last year, and it will be an honor to attend this time as the cleric GM, instead of just "one of those newer GMs." ;)
I hope to see lots of you there -- it would be nice to have a face behind the characters I have come to know, or it would be great to get to meet some of you that I haven't had a chance to get to know yet.
Plan to come, let's brainstorm. Dream! Reminisce! Invent! Plot... Laugh!
Ya won't leave me on my own, will you?

To those who I met at Simucon or saw again, It was truly a pleasure meeting you all.
I wanted to make one thing a little clear. I am definitely not leaving you guys... I'm just getting a little more help so I dont ever feel like you guys are neglected. Enbarr will be my assistant as soon as he finishes his training, and then he will be alot more vocal on the boards, ect.... and report anything I miss to me and Alnilam. He has some great ideas, and I think you all will enjoy him immensely. Once he is cleared, I will hold a meeting so that you can all initiate him and bombard him with questions.

I want to remind you that Simucon 2000 is fast approaching. At this years cleric seminar I hope to discuss with you the future of our guild. Ill be asking for feedback from those who attend on how far we have come, and where you would like to see us go in the future. As a bonus, I will be drawing from a hat the name of a player who is present at the cleric guild seminar. That player will get to be honorary Guild Guru for a day. Who knows what mischief we will get into? We might test a new spell, build a new shrine or ritual, or even work with a new system for clerics. Not only will you get to zip around the realms with me for an entire day, you will have my undivided attention and be able to whisper suggestions, complaints, and comments into my ear all day long! I hope to see all of you in June in St. Louis. We are going to have more fun than is permitted, even for clerics of Glythtide.
