Greetings fellow clerics.

I have finally been released to rain havoc upon you all! The training process for this new assignment has taken longer than I expected, but I have been with you in spirit for nearly a month now. It has been hard to watch you converse and not jump in to discuss your ideas and complaints. Now that all is official I shall be either a blessing or bane to each of you on as regular a basis as possible.

By way of introduction I suppose I should tell you a bit of myself. This most recent duty is not my first as a Game Master. Until this month, I served full-time on the event team in both regular and platinum versions of the game. Events are a passion of mine, but do not come close to my love for this guild and its members. It was both an honor and a pleasure for me to accept this assignment and I did not hesitate to do so. It is my intention to be your dedicated servant and compatriot on all matters dealing with the game. As a side project, I will remain active in events as long as they have a cleric guild theme. :)

You might be wondering so I will come out and tell you. Yes, I was a member of your guild as a player, and many of you knew me in game. I will not go so far as to tell you the character I once played here on the boards. That juicy tidbit /was/ announced at the Con, and I leave it to the good people whom attended in St. Louis to answer that question for you, if they should be so inclined.

What do I plan to do for you?

If I impress upon you nothing else, I want you to know that I will always give you honest answers when it is within my ability to do so! This unfortunately will mean that you will often hear the response I dont know, but Ill find out and get back to you! I /will/ do that, and if by some oversight I dont, I expect you to bring it to my attention. Occasionally I may reply in private email to a question on the boards, so if you dont see an answer to a question, but that person has not yelled at me for it, this may be the case.

I will be having regular random invitation meetings in my office. Typically Ill be asking you questions to get a feel for player opinion. In this manner we hope to get a player perspective on new ideas and systems we plan to release to the guild.

GM Meakah will still be out there milling among the masses and running guild meetings. I expect her to be forever present in these boards and am certainly hoping she will run those larger gatherings that I find overwhelming. <G> In my capacity as liaison, I answer to her -- work with her, with the hopes of giving you a voice in the future of your guild. It is also my plan to assist GM Alnilam in her work. With any luck I will be an asset to her in that respect, and new things that relate to our guild will come to you faster. (Let us hope I dont break anything.)

The list in the crossing guild is not a way to speak with me one on one. Meakah and Alnilam still continue meeting with those on that list as they have time. If you desire to speak with me in game, your best route will be to email me at DR-Enbarr@play.net . This is also the method of choice if you wish to correspond with me on any matter not suited for the boards.

I have much I wish to discuss with you, and I am sure that you have much you wish to tell me. So, let me not continue to ramble on here.
