In case you haven't heard...

There was an herb trader -- Baish, I think -- running around Crossing
last night exchanging all the old copies of the "Healing Reagents" book
for an updated version. He also stopped at Martyr's and several of
the herb merchants to exchange thier old supply of herbs for new
improved herbs.
