The Dazzle spell recently underwent a change to support a "mystery" project that I've been working on. In the process, casting Dazzle on items has now stopped awarding experience (for the time being). Casting Dazzle on critters should continue to award exp as it always has.

This is a normal and planned change. Nothing has broken. ;)
