I'm lying. They're not really horrid tweaks. They're probably pretty nice tweaks.

1) Magical devices experience for binding sigils in the enchanting process has been increased somewhat.

2) Constellation Amulets have had their power and duration of bonus extended slightly.

3) Starlight Sphere has been made slightly faster, slightly stronger and should now last slightly longer.

4) Shadewatch Mirror should now work on the Crossing Amphitheatre.
