Some of you have asked what it is I see in the future for the Premium program. So I
thought I would share some of my more immediate goals and then talk a bit about my
long-term vision.

Immediate Goals:

-I am aware of a number of people remaining on lists from the two most recent premium
alterers. I am working on arranging for alterers to make a few visits specifically to
finish these lists.

-I should have April's contest released in the next couple of days, depending on a
variety of people.

-Learning the variety of systems that were created specifically for the Premium program.

-Learning the goals of my predecessors and incorperating them where appropriate.

What is to come:

-I am working to increase the staff allocated to the Premium program as a step towards
long-term benefits becoming a reality.
-I expect to see a return of the monthly contest, as well as occasional raffles.
-Increase in frequency of Premium alterers. Strict adherance to PREMIUM 9 number 12. I
am considering viewing the violation of this rule as a warnable offense. Pending
discussion with my superiors.
-Introduction of new items into the curio shop, possibly using your ideas in their
creation.
-Guest lecturers on topics of import.
-Working with the HOMES team to continue the ongoing process of improving them.
-Changing some of these to better fit what YOU want from the Premium program.
-Special HOMES auctions.

Important Notes:

Long-Term Benefits: I know this was promised a while back, the fact of the matter is that
the mechanics necessary to accomplish this are not ready and I do not currently have the
staff necessary if they were. I DO consider these benefits to be an important part of
the Premium program and I will be working towards making them a reality. It simply will
not happen immediately.

Boards: I will always treat you with courtesy both ingame and on the boards. I demand the
same from you. Constructive complaints are always welcome, however I will not tolerate
flaming or pointless bickering on the Premium boards. I will also not be answering
questions that are not premium related. Do not bother asking when the traders will
get something new. Do not bother to complain about skinning, magic or any other changes
not related to the premium program. I will tell you to take it elsewhere on the boards.


Lastly I invite you to tell me what YOU want from the Premium program. Please post,
either in the Responses to Guru Announcements or the Goals and Status Topics.
Note, no matter how much you ask I am not handing out moneybelts for free, nor will
I advance programs designed to give an unfair advantage over normal subscribers.
