One of the things that we've always given extra effort to in the premium program is keeping our customers as informed as possible about what is going on. Sometimes we suceed a little better than at other times, and sometimes we just plain can't be as forthcoming as you would like us to be. But the staff has always tried, and is proud of the trust that you've put in us that eventually everything gets put to rights if we've hit a bump.

So, I'm sure that when I tell you Gaeloric is temporarily unavailable to be premium guru, you'll understand that I cannot be forthcoming with any details other than to assure you he is fine, but simply cannot perform his duties at the moment. He has done a grand job in the past, and we fully expect him to return and do wonderful things in the future!

During this little break in his guruship, as Gaeloric's supervisor I'll be taking on his duties and carrying out some of his planned activities. The most immediate goals are:

1) Identifying the individuals left from Harpa's list and getting them served. Once that is accomplished, we'll look toward getting more merchants in for everybody.

2) Scheduling a fun night in September. Your ideas for activities are welcome! At the moment, I'm thinking along the lines of a riddle contest or a scavenger hunt.

3) Resolving issues from the last premium contest, and beginning another one, probably toward the middle/end of August.

4) Opening new premium housing areas.

5) Training Gaeloric's newly-hired assistant. His assistant will make him/herself known as soon as it is feasible in their training to do so.

6) Listening to your comments and maintaining steady GM presence on the message boards.

The work of all the game's GMs, plus the generous input of ideas and support from our customers, has enabled Simutronics to create a premium program that truly delivers an excellent value to its subscribers. It is our goal to continue to work with our customers in keeping the premium subscriber package the best value in the industry. I'm looking foward to working again with you all!
