Oil bless perception bug: fixed (hopefully).

Blend: fixed inventory, exp, find, help. If you find more verbs that end
it and shouldn't, let me know.

Compost: although you can't pawn them, unfinished bows are theoretically
worth more than Compost's cutoff point. There's no particularly nice way
to fix this.

Webbed message: definitely in the system itself and not the spell or in
critter logic. I informed/nagged Gandon. He probably won't have a chance
to fix it right away, but I'd be surprised if it didn't start working
sometime after a crash or reset. :)
