Just for the record, tracking is being rewritten, and it will be extremely difficult if not impossible for a ranger to track in town. That's already been discussed and announced publicly.

Also, I will be happy to go make changes to hiding and stalking so that Rangers take a severe hit in town....of course that would mean the thieves take a severe hit in wilds. Do I do this?
