Greetings!

Rangers should no longer lose their bonuses on the way up to the city from the docks. For some reason, the road thought it was much more populated than it actually is. That's been corrected now.

Please post here if you notice any other peculiarities. That's also true for "urban rangers" -- if there's an area you think you should be more skillful in than you are, let me know.
