So...going into a little more detail...

October 1 will see the release of at least one new feature in each of the four provinces, as well as the beginning of several events tied to other releases that will show up later in the month.

Zoluren will see something related to that first rumor I mentioned, which will be specific to Rangers, in addition to a neat new system that will first show up in one of the smaller villages around the Crossing.

News from Therengia was reported earlier today, as the Gate of Souls is showing signs that it may open soon, revealing to all what has been hidden for so long.

Reports from Illithi indicate that a slight change in the climate has caused some substantial melting of the ice in some areas...many are concerned.

In an earlier press release, the government of Qi'Reshalia stated the impending opening of a penal colony, urging all would be criminals to be prepared for the consequences of violating the law on M'Riss. More details on this topic will become evident soon. In other island news, it's rumored that some vacant buildings have been recently sold and, under cover of darkness, the owners have been moving in. No word yet on the location of the business(es) or even what services they'll offer, but more information will become evident soon.

As far as other things to watch for during the first week?

Enhancements to the Treasure System - more interesting (and more useful) loot will start showing up

Also, you'll see the beginnings of some fabulous enhancements that will allow you more customizing options for your characters, but that's about all I'll say right now. ;)

PS Note I didn't say anything about horses...that was on purpose...the horse system will probably be the one thing I say the least about...the only thing I WILL say about it, is just keep on the lookout for interesting things...
