Week two is being dubbed "Race Week", not to be confused with "Bike Week" or "Shark Week".

On October 7, there will be an "All Races" meeting led by GMs Cadaya and Tribanin who will discuss all new features for the races that will be released during that week and announce the other race-specific meetings that will take place. Time and place for this first meeting will be announced in NEWS, here on the message boards, and on the DR event calendar.

For now, I'll just say that the Racial releases will include (but may not be limited to):

New verbs
New books (lots of them)
Language resources

There are also rumors of some new shops that may start selling items designed with the history and culture of individual in-game races in mind.

Editors Note: The goal of the GMs who've been working on this particular week's releases is that every race will see something new by the end of October.

While I have stated that many guilds will see releases spread throughout the month, there will also be one Guild that has a specific change taking place in P3 (Illithi) this week that I know of, but I'm not saying which guild.

One of the areas surrounding the Crossing will have a small little-something fun to do which may or may not include shopping. (No, I won't tell you which area.)

P3 will also see what I consider another pretty major release this week, but again, I'm not saying anything about that yet.

At some point this week, I'll consider taking some of the guess-work out of SOME of the releases, but not all of them. I do so enjoy the frantic speculation. ;)
