Message Defenses (2320)

After a frustrating day of fighting the great parry beast, I have succomb. There is a difference between the live version of the game and the version I am developing on and I am unable to resovle it (in a timely manner anyway). This issue is affecting both shield and parry learning. Therefore, until I can resolve it, I have put all defenses (evasion armor, parry, shield) exp gain back to the orginal formulas. The caps are still in place. However, you should find the rate of gain of exp in those areas to be back to how things learned prior to the change. I plan to leave them that way for the time being while working on some other things. I apologize for not being able to fix it the way I wanted <mumbles>.
