Hello, everyone.

I know tempers are running a bit hot, and the frustration level is high right now. I'm asking you to please take
a step back and breathe for a minute. :)

The recent crashes have been causing all of you problems and a great deal more frustration than you want from a product whose purpose is to entertain. We are very sorry about the technical difficulties. :(

Our on-site techs are doing their best to find and fix the problem. At the moment, even the GM staff doesn't know exactly what's wrong. Even if we did, unfortunately we're not the ones in a position to fix it. :/

I hope you will all weather the storms with us, rather than against us. Although there's not a GM on staff who doesn't empathize with your frustration.

Thank you for your time. Again, we are very sorry for the hassle this is causing you.
