As Hoome said in his post up above, I'm stepping down as Warmage Liaison and taking a semi-LOA for a while. I'm sure a lot of you think it's way past time for me to do this, and I have to agree. :/ I haven't been giving you the time and effort you deserve over the last months, and should have made way long ago for someone who could.

Without going into every gory detail, I've been working on handling some semi-serious medical issues since about October, dealing with multiple doctors and trying out different combinations of meds, that sort of thing. I thought I could keep working through all this, but I was wrong. For that lapse in judgement, I apologize to you all. I can only say that I did love this job, and that working for and with the Warmages for the last year, on-and-off though it's been, has been one of the highlights in a very long career with Simutronics.

As most of you have guessed, the "thing" at the festival was supposed to be the spellbooks, but I haven't finished them yet. I'm not just trashing them, but I can't make any promises about when they'll be out. I've learned my lesson there, and the next you hear about spellbooks will probably be when you trip over one in the game. I hope the first person enjoys the discovery. :)

I'm not going away entirely, I'll still be around and working on things, I just can't make any time-based committments about... just about anything these days. I'll be wandering around the boards off and on the way I used to, finishing up some building projects from BRO (Before Re-Org <grin>), running some NPCs and merchants when the fancy strikes me, that sort of thing. So you'll see me here and there.

Once again, my apologies. Please know that the heart of my ill-judgement was my fondness for this guild.
