For a long time I have wanted Warrior Mages to be able to teach Targeted Magic while in combat. Targeted Magic is/should be THE weapon of Warrior Mages . . . almost as natural as swinging a sword.

Warrior Mages, and only Warrior Mages, can now teach Targeted Magic while in combat, and others can listen regardless of profession. This is a small change in many ways, but nonetheless one which I feel reflects that we are the "Masters of Target."
