Recently started a new cleric and decided I wanted to train LC as his armor. Right now I'm wearing all crossing store bought LC armor. I was looking to buy some forged LC and forged HC to train both armors. Also looking for some forged MB/HE weapons.
You're in luck: There are tons of skilled weapon and armor smiths. Most will not sell anything that isn't near capped or at capped. Check around the Crossing bazaar: If the traders don't have gear, they know someone who does.

I can forge capped chain armor, but I don't work with any Traders currently. Send me an AIM at "Warmie Ndin" and we can chat about a good setup/price. Depending on the setup, I may have most the pieces you'll need already forged.
If I don't respond, my wife has stolen my computer to do some business-related stuff, and I'll reply when I can. You can also find me in-game, though I rarely leave Throne City lately, and when I do it's only to go to the Rossman's forge.
As for the weapons, I can't grind those yet, so they won't be capped quality you'd find from others.

I think Aralini has been trading out of a stall in the Market area of Crossing lately south of the market tent.
