halberd combo that's light on slice? on 08/13/2007 12:05 PM CDT

Anyone know any halberd combos that avoids slicing maneuvers? Was wondering because I'm fighting some slice-resistant critters.

Lochaber axe? everything gets destroyed by impact.

Ah, that thing's way too big for me. Anyhow I've been using a light halberd with parry, thrust, lunge, jab with some success.

If the axe is to big, you might try the scythe's dropped by the wraith's near Raven's Point. Those were pretty wicked for the weight last time someone posted the app.

I have always used Dodge, feint, draw, thrust, sweep, chop, jab keeps me incredebly ballanced and has a mix of types of hits.
