how much would a puncture forged sabre with rare metals cost? How about the stats for it? and possible weights for them

The Crossing scim is a good little weapon, and is cheap: IIRC 5 silver kronar at most. If you want to spend a couple of gold dokoras, look into the scimitar from Marachek's Oak: I had one for a while and never had to repair it, and you can get it somewhat customized.
