Ok so I have a Barb.
Is a f/r going to be a NOTICABLE less parrier than a r/r weapon?
He berzerks and is almost always at incredibly balanced. Would he be better to a r/r or would he see a difference?

Thats what I call a NON plus feature. My shield rank is rank for rank the same across most shields.. but my Parry can be affected if I use a weapon I suck at.

Despite your best efforts, skinning the gargoyle just isn't going to happen this time. Maybe helping little old Halfling widows across a busy Crossing street is more your line of work?

Which is of course why everyone wants to wear large shields on their arms. Your armor choices along with armor and evasion skill affect evading. Your shield choices, shield skill, and potentially if it is or is not arm worn affect shield blocking. Your weapon choice, weapon skill and parry skill affect parrying an attack.
