there are no "mad men" in the madmen area. There are no field goblins in the field goblin area, there are wasps in the orchard goblin area, there are louts inside the old city....
haven has wildland goblins<, then zombie goblins that are lout speed<forager goblins hide out in the grain fields<scavenger goblins skulk about somewhere, that I haven't found en masse yet....
.. the madmen are in the manor the goblins are in the hunting preserve, it's still out the west gate

The scavengers are in the same place as the foragers, just farther in towards the ruined farmhouse where the fell hogs are. Basically, the scavengers and foragers have split the fields in half for each other.
