Anyone have an idea when its generally safe to hunt these?

Also, when replying, it's polite to include some bit of the original since most people (ok, me) don't read threaded view, so week old topics aren't random revived with seemingly no information other than 'bump'.

Wondering what ranks its fairly 'safe' to hunt these.

Elanthipedia says 130-200. So 'safe' with four of them is probably around 170 in defenses. NOTE: I'm guessing. I've never hunted these.
