depends on which celps. The ones in Ratha are easiest. I'd suggest trying them first. On a side note, there's no rush to leave the mainland for celps at ~350 ranks. Pleanty on the mainland that will get you all the way up into the 600's and beyond.

Do they still have spawn issues where they refuse to spawn periodically? If yes, that may be why.

Whats great about celps is there is NO spawn issues.

Apparently that's working as intended. If there isn't a character beneath a certain circle (115?) in the area, they won't spawn.

There was an assist in the area during which a player was told by a GM that there absolutely was a circle limit in Ratha Celps. The assist was back in October. I haven't heard of anything being changed since then, but 115 was the top for spawn in there.

No, you can not. I tested this out about 2 months ago with Devo (138) and my empath (84). Celps did not spawn when Devo was the only one in there, as soon as I brought my empath in and removed Devo, they spawned. There was no one else in the area.

in prime as a 117th thief, i had no problem with getting them to spawn.
