I have sat down and spoken with the Union Rep of the Creature Guild today. Most of the members have agreed, reluctantly, to a new policy regarding the use of thrown/ranged weapons. From now on, most though not all have agreed to turn and face their intended target and pause a moment before actually attacking. This should help those who are just running through an area as quickly as possible not get caught up in the action.

However, please be advised there are some known holdouts to this new policy. At present we are aware that Black Goblins have rejected this procedure and are working on negotiations with them. Please let us know if you find any others who refuse to comply.

This policy is currently live in Plat and Prime and will go live in TF later this evening provided the creatures haven't found any loopholes in the contract revisions.
