Not that I am going to bicker back and forth with you, but game companies massively larger than this have similar issues with their game from time to time. This is the first crash/outage I have experienced in the last couple weeks. All games experience this and most have no control over it either. When outages/crashes come up, it could be probably more than a hundred different things causing the issues.
If your beef with the game is that its down for an hour or so once a month or so, then I don't think you were actually happy with the game to begin with. I hope you find something that doesn't make you upset, but tis life.
I will say the nice thing about DR is that it generally isn't the focus of large scale DDOS attacks which can cause more issues than what I am currently experiencing (WoW, LOL, etc.).

I am speaking from personal experience as someone who has played since launch. The downtimes used to be really long, but for the past few years, they've been 15 minutes, with the exception of large content releases.
